IBPS Bank Po Common Interview

The bank exams conducted by Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection is considered as one of the most important exam in present times.  If candidate clears the IBPS Bank exam, he/she becomes eligible to apply for 19 Banks. But clearing written exam is not enough. One has to face Bank interview to secure a Bank PO Job.

The Bank Interview is not conducted by IBPS. It is conducted by Bank recruiters themselves. For instance If the candidate has applied for Union Bank Of India , then Union Bank Of India will call the candidate for Interview. IBPS just makes the candidate eligible for the same.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEW:

Candidates shortlisted for Interview to be conducted by participating organizations under CWE Bank PO/ MT – III are required to download their Interview call letters from IBPS website.

·        Download call letters for Interview : After 16.12.2013

·        Interview to be conducted                : 02.01.2014 onwards

·        Provisional Allotment                         : April 2014

Required Documents At The Time Of Interview:

Candidates are required to produce documents in original and self-attested copies in support of their Identity and Eligibility Proof as prescribed in the online application form by them . If any of the information provided by candidate is false, he/she will not be permitted to appear for the Interview.

IBPS BANK PO INTERVIEW PLAN:

Bank call candidates in 1:4 or 1:5 ratio i.e. Number of Post is 1 and Number of People Called for Interview is either 4 or 5. So the competition is very tough as rejection process is adopted instead of selection procedure. Few points are listed below that will help a candidate in cracking IBPS Bank PO /MT interview.

DRESS CODE

·        Wear Formals

·        Girls should avoid wearing bling clothes and heavy jewelry.

·        Boys should avoid wearing t-shirts, jeans and fancy shoes.

·        For basic hygiene, a mild perfume is a good thing to use.

LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF IBPS BANK PO  INTERVIEW :

·        Candidate should carry all the necessary documents mentioned in the admit card for IBPS Bank PO Interview

·        Certificate Of date Of Birth as mentioned in Matric / Senior Secondary.

·        IBPS PO Score Card along with two photo copies.

·        Mark Sheets starting from matric to the highest level examination passed.

·        Pass Degree (Graduation/ Post Graduation) Certification. Provisional Degree Certificate will be acceptable only if the candidate has passed the examination in past one year.

·        Candidates working in Government / PSU banks should have No Objection certificate issued from the employer.

·        Character Certificate from Ward Counselor / Other respectable person of society.

·        Caste Certificate for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories.

·        Medical Certificate from District Level Medical Board for physically challenged candidates.

·        Ex Servicemen should produce certificate of Defense issued by concerned authorities or discharge.

·        Experience Certificate.
